Entrants must ensure that all electronic entries are Windows XP compatible
and can be viewed directly from the media they are saved to, without special
provisions, controllers, scripts, installations or downloads. No proprietary
programs can be used.
Entrants must be ready to provide entries in a different medium or format
if requested for judging or promotional purposes. Entries not submitted
in the formats outlined above will be disqualified. All submission materials
must be in English.
Still images (photographs, illustrations, informational graphics):
Can be submitted in any generally used, PC-compatible image format, such
as TIFF, BMP, JPEG, etc., in non-compressed form.
No proprietary formats will be accepted.
Still images must be print ready.
Images should be copied to CD-ROM(s) or DVD.
Electronic
images can be accompanied by originals (hard copies).
Digital formats such as PC-compatible QuickTime, Flash, AVI or MPEG are
acceptable.

How
to Submit an Entry
Complete an entry form with complete contact information, and written explanations of the features of the entry.
Entries should be on CD-ROM or DVD, with one entry and application form per CD-ROM or DVD.
Each CD-ROM or DVD must be labeled with your name, address and title of entry.
If the medium of entry is not an electronic format, original works can be submitted, and labeled with name, address and title of entry on the back. These will be displayed in the lobby of the Cooper Library during the month of April.
